Pam takes customer service very seriously. The coordinator of all of our pre-employment screening services, she has done extensive research on pertinent laws, industry and human resource professional standards. Through her membership and participation in NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) she is able to keep apprised of the latest information top industry leaders have to offer. She wants to help you stay compliant, make sure your needs are met and that you’re happy with the system and your report results. When you have any questions pertaining to search results, the ordering process itself and your obligations under the law, please call Pam. She is always willing to help. If it pertains to Pre-employment / Post-employment screening and she doesn’t have the answer, she will find it for you.
