Chris Goeckerman, Operations

Information:
Chris came to CIC in 2002 with extensive experience and a strong aptitude for the inner workings of a business. Chris put this knowledge to work as she took on multiple roles within the organization: payroll, accounting, human resources, safety, and benefits. The strength of her skills also served well in organizing, writing, and implementing policies and procedures to keep a diverse group of investigators, researchers and administrative personnel on track. Chris has attended hundreds of hours of training in human resources and business management achieving a level of leadership second to none. As an active member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Toledo Area Human Resource Association (TAHRA) and Women of Real Estate Commercial (WORc), Chris maintains of high level of industry knowledge and serves CIC’s clients with integrity.
