Mr. Austin joined CIC in 1995 as an Investigator in the Special Investigations Unit. He brought with him the knowledge and experience gained as a Loss Prevention Manager for a large retail chain. Asserting his natural talent for surveillance investigations, combined with hard work and enthusiasm for the job, Dennis has kept CIC's products at the forefront of the investigative community. As a member of the Toledo Area Human Resource Association (TAHRA), Dennis has gained valuable insight into the needs and demands of Human Resource professionals, allowing him to be an important resource for CIC’s corporate clients. Dennis has years of experience managing corporate surveillance cases, including Workers’ Compensation fraud, employee theft, drugs in the workplace, and many other types of investigations. Due to his tremendous attention to detail and strong communicative style, Dennis is able to present comprehensive, meticulous results to each client.
