Through her membership and participation in the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), she is apprised of the latest industry information, changing laws, and trends in Human Resources. Pamela’s certification in “Safe Hiring” through a nationally recognized training program, gives her an edge in helping HR personnel maintain an effective screening program for their particular industry needs. Pam has published articles in various industry resources, writes and develops CIC’s educational newsletter, and presents educational training and seminars on multiple topics and issues.
