Chris manages our very busy Pre-employment and Investigative office. With her extensive experience and a strong aptitude for the inner workings of a business, Chris has taken on multiple roles within the organization. The strength of her skills has served her well in organizing, writing, and implementing policies and procedures to keep a diverse group of investigators, researchers and administrative personnel on track. Her research expertise lies in the areas of Business Profiles, and Pre-employment and Tenant Screening research. As an active member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Toledo Area Human Resource Association (TAHRA), Chris maintains a high level of industry knowledge and serves CIC’s clients with integrity.
